Once you have created your account, you will need to select the property associated with your account. To do this follow these steps:
- Login to RentMoola, and from your dashboard click Set Up Payments
- Enter your postal code and click on the Search button
- When your address shows up underneath the search bar, click Sign Up next your property
- Enter in your residency details and click Continue
- Select your preferred frequency of making payments: Recurring or One-Time
- Review your account setup and click Confirm
Once you click confirm, your account will be Pending. Once your property manager confirms your details, you will be all ready to make payments!
Note: If you cannot find your address and your property manager said it is on RentMoola confirm your postal code with your property manager or contact email@example.com.
