If you are unable to make any payments at the moment, it is because your account is pending. Under the Welcome message, you will find that your payment or property details are Pending and being reviewed by your Property Manager (just to make sure everything is good to go).
When you add your property or set up/edit your recurring payments, your account will remain Pending while your Property Manager reviews the details (turnaround time varies by Property Manager - typically 2 business days). After the information is confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you that your account is active and you can begin making payments.
If you'd like to speed up this process we would recommend contacting your Property Manager directly, as RentMoola does not have the authority to confirm tenant details without the Property Manager’s consent.
