If you are unable to make any payments at the moment, it is because your account is pending approval. Under the Welcome message, you will find that your payment or property details are being reviewed by your Property Manager.
When you add your property or set up/edit your recurring payments, your account will remain Pending Approval while your Property Manager reviews your application (turnaround time varies by Property Manager). After the information is verified, you will receive an email notifying you that your account is active and you can begin making payments.
If you'd like to speed up this process we recommend contacting your Property Manager directly, as RentMoola does have the authority to approve residents without the Property Manager’s consent.
