- Login to RentMoola and view your failed transactions under Your Transaction History section and click Pay Now below the actions column on the right, for either a service fee or payment decline.
- For a declined service fee, Review the outstanding service fee, and click Continue.
- For a declined payment, select a Payment Method and click Continue.
- Overview the transaction click Continue.
- Click Confirm on the next page to process your payment. You will receive a receipt of your payment and you will also be emailed your payment confirmation.
If you are not sure why your payment has declined here.
Note: If your Service Fee failed, you will have to pay it before any additional payments can be processed.
