If your payment or service fee has declined and you are ready to pay it, follow up these steps:
- Login to RentMoola and view your failed transactions under Your Transaction History at the bottom of your home dashboard
- Click Pay Now under the actions column on the right, for either a service fee or a declined payment
a. For a declined service fee, Review the outstanding service fee, and click Continue
b. For a declined payment, select a Payment Method and click Continue
3. Overview the transaction click Continue
4. Click Confirm on the next page to process your payment
You will receive a receipt of your payment and you will also be emailed your payment confirmation.
If you are not sure why your payment has declined here.
Note: If your Service Fee failed, you will have to pay it before any additional payments can be processed.
