Help Centre: Here you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions, for both residents and property managers. You’ll also find useful how-to articles, all of which are available in English and French.
Resources Page: This is a document centre with useful resources for property managers, such as printable authorization forms, how-to documents, sample report overviews etc. You can access this under My Account > Resources on your account.

Live Chat: Chat with a live agent from our Support Team in English, French, or Spanish. Click the blue Help bar at the bottom right of your screen, it will read ‘Leave a message’ when chat is unavailable).
