Welcome to RentMoola!
RentMoola is an online platform that allows tenants to make payments and property managers to accept payments online. RentMoola makes rent collection easier, faster, and more secure: accept and manage payments with bank-level security, track payments with comprehensive reporting, and increase tenant retention by offering more payment options.
How it Works
Each resident has their own RentMoola account, where they can log in and manage their payments. The resident’s property is added to their account, linking their payments to your bank account. Tenants make one time or recurring payments through Credit Card, Credit Debit Card, Cash or Bank Account (directly from their chequing account), and the funds are deposited directly into your bank account. Use your manager account to generate reports, view resident information, manage tenants payments, and more.
Next steps
Once you are all set up with RentMoola your next steps will be to
- Get tenants signed up: Tenants can sign up or you can onboard them, see here for more details on how accounts can be created for your tenants.
- Receive payments: Once tenant accounts are created and linked to the correct properties, they will begin to make one-time and/or recurring payments. You can even make a payment for a tenant or edit their recurring payments from your end.
- Add more properties: If you acquire more properties or need to add your existing properties onto your RentMoola profile, you can follow these steps.
- Review Reports: Once payments have been made, you will be able to view them in our comprehensive reports we have available to you.
