We accept the payment methods below. However, it's possible that your property manager does not accept all payment methods.
- Bank Account (Chequing/Checking Account)
Using your bank account is our paperless cheque. If you're a Canadian renter, you'll need to enter your bank name, transit number, and account number. If you're an American renter, you'll need to enter your bank name, routing number, and account number.
- Visa Debit
If your Debit card has a Visa logo on it, it would be considered a Visa Debit. It allows you to make online transactions using your debit card (directly from your bank account) and operates like a credit card. See Visa website for more details.
- MasterCard Debit
If your Debit card has a MasterCard logo on it, it would be considered a Debit MasterCard. It allows you to make online transactions using your debit card (directly from your bank account) and operates like a credit card. See MasterCard website for more details.
- Visa Credit Card
As long as your Visa's expiry date is still valid, you will be able to make payments.
- MasterCard Credit Card

- American Express Credit Card
Only select Property Managers accept this method of payment. Please be advised that we only accept Canadian and US issued AMEX cards.
