Payments made with a Bank Account (chequing/Checking Account) can take up to five business days for your bank to process the movement of funds from your account. Your property manager will be notified immediately once you have initiated a payment. While the transaction is processing, please ensure the full amount of the transaction remains in your bank account to avoid any bank NSF fees.
For credit/credit debit transactions, it may take up to three days for the balance to be updated on your credit card statement.
