If you have attempted to process a payment and you received and error message advising you not to make another payment after clicking confirm, this means that our banking partner had a timeout and they were not able to confirm whether the payment was successful or not.
We are aware when this occurs and will reach out to you as soon as our banking partner confirms the transaction as successful or declined. Please do not attempt another payment in the meantime to avoid making a double payment.
