If you need to process a refund for a tenant, you will need to contact pmsupport@rentmoola.com and provide written confirmation of the refund with the following information:
- Tenant’s First and Last Name:
- Tenant’s email address associated with their Propertii account:
- Date of the transaction
- Amount of the refund
- Confirmation ID of the transaction
- Reason for the refund
Please be advised, refunds for most credit transactions can be issued one business day after the date of payment. Refunds for any Bank Account transactions can only be issued 5 business days after the date of payment.
