To make a payment on behalf of a tenant, log in to your Letus account and follow the steps below:
- Select Tenants in the top navigation bar
- Search the tenant you wish to make a payment on behalf
- Under Options, select Make a Payment
- Enter the amount of payment, and then click Save & Continue
- Select Payment Method or Add New payment method, and then click Save & Continue
- Review the Payment Summary on the right-hand side of the screen and then click Confirm Payment to process the payment
- View the Payment Receipt
The tenant will receive an email notification of this payment.
Note: To make a payment for a tenant you should have one of the following roles
- Primary Manager
- Support Manager
- Property Manager
