How do I make a payment for a tenant?

To make a payment on behalf of a tenant, log in to your Letus account and follow the steps below:

Select Tenants in the top navigation bar
Search the tenant you wish to make a payment on behalf
Under Options, select Make a Payment
Enter the amount of payment, and then click Save & Continue
Select Payment Method or Add New payment method, and then click Save & Continue
Review the Payment Summary on the right-hand side of the screen and then click Confirm Payment to process the payment
View the Payment Receipt

The tenant will receive an email notification of this payment.
