How to Change a Tenant’s Property?

If the tenant is moving to another property, a new lease is required. To change the property, log in to your Letus account and follow the steps below:

  1. Terminate the tenant’s lease (link here)
  2. Then Onboard the tenant for the new property (link here)

The tenant will receive an invitation to complete their new account and start paying.

Note: A tenant can have multiple leases. If you created a new lease and did not terminate the previous lease, you will see both leases listed under the Tenants tab with the same Lease Status (active).
