If the tenant is moving to another property, a new lease is required. To change the property, log-in to your Letus account and follow the steps below:
- Terminate the tenant’s lease (link here)
- Then Onboard the tenant for the new property (link here)
The tenant will receive an invitation to complete their new account and start paying.
Note: A tenant can have multiple leases. If you created a new lease and did not terminate the previous lease, you will see both leases listed under the Tenants’ tab with the same Lease Status (active).
