To pay with cash, login to your account and follow the steps below:
- Click Make a Payment on your Dashboard
- Add the amount and under Payment Method in the dropdown menu select Pay with Cash
- Review Payment Summary and then click Pay with Cash
- In the pop-up click Continue
- A barcode will be generated and you can have it emailed, sent over by SMS or download it as PDF
- Go to CVS/711 show the barcode and make your payment. Please keep your payment receipt.
Note: Cash payments have the following limits:
- You cannot use cash to process transactions higher than $1,500
- The same barcode cannot be used to make future payments.
- Barcodes will Expire after 30 days.
- There is a fee charged at the point of sale of $4.95
In-store cash payments through CVS/711 are only accepted by certain property managers. Please contact your property manager to verify if this option is available to you.
