You have the option to perform background checks and soft credit checks on your applicants. To enable this feature, reach out to Letus, and we'll integrate it into your custom application form.
Please note that these features incur associated fees, which will be included on your next invoice.
For further details regarding the fees, please contact your Letus Account Manager.
Once the tenants submit their completed applications, you will be able to see the results of the background/credit checks following these steps:
- Click on Applications in the top navigation bar
- Search and select the application you wish to see
- Under Options, click Screening to view Background and Credit Checks (This option will only show up if you included background and/or credit checks on your application form)
Based on the results, choose Approve Application or Decline Application under Options.
