How to Approve or Decline an Application?

To approve or decline an application, log in to your Letus account, navigate to your dashboard, and select the "Pending Applications" tab. Then, follow the steps below:

1. To approve an application

• Click Approve Application
• In the pop-up window, fill out the lease information
• Review the information, then click Approve Application

2. To decline an application

• Click Decline Application
• In the pop-up window, click on Decline Application

Note: The tenant will get an email notification with the outcome of their Application
