To view or update an existing tenant payment methods, log in to your Letus account and follow the steps below:
- Select Tenants in the top navigation bar.
- Search for the tenant you wish to view or update.
- Under Options, select Payment Methods.
- To view more details about the current payment method, click on the existing payment methods.
- To add a new payment method.
- Click Add new credit/ debit card or Bank account.
- On the pop-up screen fill out the payment details.
- Review the information, then click Save.
Note: For security reasons, you are unable to edit an existing payment method. Instead, delete the existing payment method and re-add it.
