To view or update an existing tenant payment methods, log-in to your Letus account and follow the steps below:
- Select Tenants in the top navigation bar
- Search the tenant you wish to view or update
- Under Options, select Payment Methods
- To view more details to the current payment method, click on the existing payment methods
- To add a new payment method. Click Add new credit/ debit card or Bank account, on the pop-up screen fill out the payment details. Review the information, then click Save
Note: For security reasons, you are unable to edit the existing payment method.
Instead, delete the existing payment method and re-add it.
