Report Types

Types of Available Reports:

1. Overdue Charges: View outstanding charges that need to be paid by tenants.
   
   
2. Transactions: This report offers a real-time breakdown of individual payments as soon as they are initiated by tenants.
   
   
3. EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): This report helps with bank reconciliation as it captures all the EFTs processed and deposited into your bank account, with a detailed breakdown of each transaction contributing to the deposit.
   
   
4. Tenants: Access tenant information along with their assigned properties. This report can be filtered by property and date, defaulting to the last 30 days.
   
   
5. Txt2Pay: Review text message details organized by date for each validated tenant synced on Txt2Pay.
   
   
6. Custom CSV Reports:
   • Recurring Billing Dates Report: Retrieve records for tenants enrolled in auto payment.
   • Declined Payments Report: Identify transactions that were declined.
