If you cannot complete your payment because you see that your account balance is zero, it could be because of one of the two reasons below:
- The balance due is usually posted a week prior to the end of each month, so you will have to wait for an update on your account by the end of the month to be able to complete your payment.
If by the end of the month, you are still unable to complete a payment, you can contact your property manager directly and they will be able to help with your payments. - Sometimes even if the balance due is zero, you are still able to complete a payment, if the make a payment option looks shaded like the image below, you should contact your property manager directly and they will be able to help with your payments.
