Once a payment has been processed, Letus is unable to stop or cancel it. If you've inadvertently made a payment or need to modify your auto-pay settings, please refer to the following instructions:
- One-Time Payments: If the funds have been debited from your account and you would like a refund, you will need to request a refund from your property manager. Find our refund policy here.
- Auto Payment: If you have set up recurring payments and need to skip, disable, or edit the details, see the instructions here.
Note: If you request the bank to stop payment, they may charge you a fee to do this. Letus is not responsible for any fees charged to you by your bank.
