If auto-payment is enabled but it did not get processed, there are a couple of possible reasons why this might be happening:

Charges not imported: This scenario only applies to Property Management Companies using Integrated Systems (YARDI, MRI...etc). The property manager needs to ensure they post the monthly charges in the tenant's account at least one week before the first of the month, otherwise, the auto payment will not go through if the balance due is $0.
Note: If a tenant is invited during the prior week, Letus will not post any charges because the system is set to post them only at the end of the month.

Charges are imported late: This scenario only applies to Property Management Companies using Integrated Systems (YARDI, MRI...etc). Letus processes autopayments on the first of every month at 2:00 am PST. If the property manager does not import charges by this time, the auto payment will not get processed for that month.
- Payment submitted: The tenant submitted a one-time payment before the autopayment was processed.
