If you are moving out or have already moved out of your property, please notify your property manager so they can terminate your lease.
Once completed, you will no longer have access to Letus, but you will remain listed as an old tenant under the property you moved out of.
If you are moving to a building managed by another property manager partnered with Letus, they will need to send you a new invite to access your Letus account again and begin making online payments to your new property.
If you wish to permanently delete your account and no longer have access to Letus, contact help@let.us with your request.
